Focusing on food - September 2005

Biscor exhibited at their first food exhibition, the Food & Meat Expo - Telford, in September. The stand attracted an array of market sectors, from butchers and bakers interested in our PTFE coated sheet products through to all manner of processors finding out more about our Teflon® packaging tapes.

Simon Sparkes (UK Sales Representative), Lorraine Redmond (Sales & Shipping Co-ordinator) and Liz Baker (Marketing Manager) manned the stand throughout the two day exhibition - demonstrating the properties of PTFE coated fabric by melting toffee and making caramel.

As a sample give-a-way, baking sheets were given to visitors - these were a resounding success with all recipients - often cheekily asking 'can I have one for my mum?'.
